    Smile with confidence

Full lips are always in style. Upper lip being proportionally thinner than the bottom lip is common among the people. This treatment can be performed on one or both lips which gives a subtle augmentation in the lips and a 1 to 2 mm increase in pink lip visibility.

The treatment does not increase the lip volume as fillers, for best results patients are encouraged to get this done in addition to fillers. The procedure is effective for people with very thin lips.

The treatment also reduces the perioral wrinkles or smokers lines, those vertical wrinkles forming around the mouth. Call them what you may, smoker’s lines or lipstick lines, they are caused by constant puckering movement of lips from either smoking or speaking. In women, lipstick can also bleed into these lines.

Our Botox Lip flip is an excellent solution for those wanting to get rid of these lines and a more subtle lip enhancement with little effort!

    What is Botox?

Botox injection has neuromodulators that stop the muscles from contracting and relaxes those muscles giving you a wrinkle free face. The treatment delivers predictable and suitable results within a few days.

For liplift, the nurses inject 1 to 2 BU (Botox Unit) of Botulinum toxins into the skin. These toxins temporarily reduce the constant movement of facial muscles which causes wrinkles.

    How does it work?

The extent of muscle movement is assessed both in facial animation and at rest prior to the injection. The Botox neuromodulators  are then injected properly in the centre of the forehead which temporarily relaxes the muscles from their constant movement; reducing the appearance of wrinkles on the face leaving skin with a youthful look.

Neuromodulators are injected with ultra-fine needles targeting the wrinkled area. Botox works by blocking the nerve signals temporarily to stop the facial muscles from contracting.

    Visibility of result

When injected properly, the results can be seen right after the first treatment however botox takes approximately 2-4 days and the effects of it last up to at least 3 months.

    Is Botox painful?

Botox is not painful however the pain and discomfort depends on the patient’s pain threshold for needles and if necessary, the patient can be given a numbing agent to reduce any discomfort experienced.

What to expect during the treatment:

During the treatment you might feel a little discomfort from the pricking of needles. The treatment does not require any anesthesia. Most people can even get the treatment done during their lunch breaks and are able to go right back to work after their appointment.
