Return/Refund Policy

You’re free to cancel your membership anytime and there are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations will take effect if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the renewal date. 3D lifestyle management will verify to make sure no unpaid treatments have either been taken or scheduled when members request a cancellation of their subscription.
Membership fees for previous months will never be refunded, even if they were rolled over with the intent of being used against 3D lifestyle treatments for future times.
Coupons and/or wallet top-ups through any promotions/codes must only be used if you are an active member.
At the time of cancellation of your subscription, should your wallet have an available balance which was partially or wholly accumulated through promotions, coupons, or codes reflecting discounts, 3D lifestyle will no longer honor membership pricing for future treatments booked; you will be paying regular pricing.
Unused treatments that have been prepaid for future dates will be refunded should they be more than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment.
There will be no refunds issued against the purchase of any 3D lifestyle products. Store credits (membership credits) will be credited to a members wallet on any unopened 3D lifestyle products that are returned.
Members can gift and/or transfer wallet balances between other members with no additional charge upon making a request with the 3D lifestyle company.
